You must be at least 13 years old. If you use WebToApk on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at thapaarbind15822@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

You may not use WebToApk to convert or distribute apps that contain:

• Malware, phishing, spyware, or copyright-infringing content.
• Adult, hateful, violent, or illegal material.
• Websites you do not own or have permission to package.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

• Builds are free to preview. You only pay when downloading APK + AAB files.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Because each build is generated on demand, all sales are final. We may issue a refund at our discretion if the build genuinely fails to generate within 48 hours.

You retain full ownership of your website, brand, icon, splash, and the resulting APK/AAB. WebToApk retains ownership of the platform, dashboard, and build pipeline. The generated app is licensed to you for unlimited distribution.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

WebToApk is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or Play Store rejection. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
